The hotel had a free room upgrade that wasn't as advertised, lacking coffee facilities, located on the front which could be noisy, but earplugs solved the issue. The service was helpful with maps, taxis, and directions and staff were friendly and accommodating, especially with children. The location was good, near the subway and close to main attractions with convenient access by metro. The dining options were varied, with plenty of delicious choices. Some of the rooms were partitioned into separate doubles.
