The metro was VERY close. MANY stores were also nearby. The room felt spacious to me.
The breakfast wasn't refilled at 10.40, ALTHOUGH it was until 11am on the weekend. The personnel at the breakfast told us that she didn't speak English. The sofa bed wasn't the best either.

The location was excellent, near a metro station and many places to eat. The room was spacious, more than I expected, and had all necessary amenities. I felt it was very good value. Given the high prices in the city, this hotel really shined, providing excellent accommodations and convenience.
Our room had no windows that could open, so the room smelled after sleeping there. The sofa bed also wasn't very comfortable.

The staff was very kind and understanding, and they spoke perfect English. The managers at the reception desk were particularly nice. Jose Luis and Javier at the front desk were ready to help. The staff was also friendly.

the location was great it was easy to reach many shops i found the staff very helpful they assisted me with directions. the breakfast offered many choices the food was fresh i especially enjoyed the local pastries
the room was small i found limited space for luggage the closet space was not adequate for two people. the elevator was quite slow there were often delays waiting for it i think an additional elevator would improve this
